What you’ll be doing
- Collaborating with coworkers and stakeholders to define and clarify product vision.
- Creating long and short-term project execution plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources.
- Ensuring success through the lifecycle of the project, including helping with team onboarding, project delivery and offboarding.
- Maintaining Jira projects, sprints, and workflows.
- Delegating tasks on the project to team members best positioned to complete them.
- Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects.
- Assisting in the definition of project scope and goals.
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed.
- Manage tight deadlines, delivery targets, market demands, prioritization conflicts, and resource constraints.
- Doing all of the above while maintaining your temperament, emotions and staying cool under pressure!
We are looking for candidates who have
- 2-3 years of project management and related experience
- Great communication skills and a desire to always improve
- Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum)
- Experience managing projects in PM tools
- Bonus points if you’re a Jira wizard (JQL, workflows, etc)
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Cost and risk management skills
